- File submission guide
Submit your artwork correctly
Follow the best practices below to avoid delays, reprints, or loss of quality in your production.
DTF printing
Full-color printing with high quality and a soft feel. Ideal for colorful designs, gradients, and details.
Accepted file formats
For logos and illustrations, always send a vector file: it scales to any size without losing sharpness. For photos, PNG at 300 dpi. Always send with a transparent background.
Transparent background
In DTF, the white area of the file will be printed as white. Remove the background before submitting, use a PNG with an alpha channel or a vector file with the background removed.
Watch out for white backgrounds
If your file has a white background, it'll print as a white rectangle around the artwork. Always submit with a transparent background.
Minimum resolution of 150 DPI — ideal 300 DPI
Low-resolution files result in pixelated prints. If you're unsure whether your file has enough quality, send it to us before placing your order.
Where to check the DPI?
In Photoshop: Image → Image Size. In Illustrator: always export at 300 DPI when creating the PNG.
Watch out for thin lines and small text
Very fine details can get lost during application. To ensure a good result, respect these minimum values in the final print size:
Convert text to curves / outlines
If your artwork has text, convert it to vectors before submitting. This ensures the font appears exactly as you designed it, even if we don't have the font installed.
Embroidery
Premium result, durable and with texture. Ideal for clean logos on sweatshirts, caps, and bags.
Vector files are preferred
For embroidery, a vector file (AI, SVG, or PDF) gives us much more control over the final result. If you only have a PNG, send it at the highest resolution possible.
Embroidery has limitations
Unlike printing, embroidery is made with thread stitches. Not everything can be reproduced, and that's part of the technique. Here's what works well and what isn't possible:
- Simple, clean logos
- Geometric shapes
- Text above 8 mm in height
- Up to 6 colors per piece
- Realistic photos or portraits
- Gradients and soft shadows
- Lines under 1,5 mm
- Transparencies and effects
Specify the colors and final size
Tell us what thread colors you want and the final size of the embroidery (in cm). The more details you give, the closer the result will match what you have in mind.
