This document sets out the mandatory legal information and the conditions governing the use of this website and the purchase of products (in-house collections or custom items), in compliance with Decree-Law No. 7/2004 (e-commerce), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Decree-Law No. 24/2014 (distance contracts).

The trade name Matter Studio is used to identify the activity of personalizing clothing and textile accessories through DTF printing and embroidery in the market.

2. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms govern the sale of items from Matter Studio's in-house collections and products customized by the user. Using the website and placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy. The customer declares to be over 18 years old or to have authorization from their legal guardians to enter into this contract.

3. Intellectual Property and Customer Content

3.1. Site Ownership: All website content (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Rafael Gonçalves Diogo or authorized third parties, protected by the Copyright Code.

3.2. Content Submitted by the Customer: By submitting files (logos, illustrations, or photos), the customer declares to be the holder of the intellectual property rights or to have legal authorization for their use. Matter Studio does not verify ownership of rights and disclaims any liability for third-party claims.

3.3. Right of Rejection: Matter Studio reserves the right to refuse production of offensive, discriminatory content or content that violates third-party rights.

3.4. Technical Note: Colors and proportions viewed on screen (RGB) may show slight variations in final printing (CMYK/Pantone), which does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

4. Prices, Payments, and Orders

  • Prices: Listed in Euros (€) with VAT included at the current legal rate.

  • Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Payments: We accept MB WAY, Multibanco, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna. Data is processed in encrypted form.

  • Confirmation: The order is only processed after payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages or evident pricing computer errors.

5. Production and Delivery Times

  • Production: Customized items require between 4 and 7 business days of production after payment.

  • Delivery: Shipping time is 24–48h after production but depends on the carrier. Matter Studio is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, natural events, or customs holds.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Article 17.º of Decree-Law No. 24/2014:

  • In-House Collections: The customer has 14 days to return the product (original condition, unused). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Customized Products: Exchanges or returns of personalized items are not accepted at the customer's request (except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a personalization error attributable to Matter Studio), since these are goods produced according to consumer specifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Technical Liability: Matter Studio is not responsible for temporary website interruptions or for content on third-party links (external hyperlinks).
