Tax Documents: 10 years, in accordance with Portuguese law.
Design/Customization Files: We keep your designs for a period of 12 months after the order, to make it easier for the customer to reorder or request changes in the future; they are deleted after that period, unless otherwise requested.
Support Communications: Messages sent through our forms are kept for as long as needed to resolve the issue raised and for customer support history purposes.

Note on Customization: By uploading an image for personalization, the customer guarantees they hold the rights to it or have authorization to use it. Matter Studio reserves the right to refuse prints that violate copyright or contain illegal content.
