Does paying in 3 installments have interest or extra costs?
Klarna rejected my request. What should I do?
Klarna may decline for several reasons. Some common causes:
- The billing address doesn't match your bank or card address.
- It's your first time using Klarna and the delivery address is different from the billing address.
- You have pending payments on previous Klarna statements — settle them and wait 24 hours before trying again.
- You didn't fill in a required field at checkout, like your date of birth.
A rejection isn't permanent, you can try again on a future purchase or choose another available payment method.
How do I get the payment details?
You'll receive two emails after your purchase: one from Matter Studio confirming your order, and another directly from Klarna with all the installment details and billing dates.
Can I use Klarna on any order?
Klarna's Pay in 3 installments is available at Matter Studio checkout for eligible orders. Approval is reviewed by Klarna for each individual purchase; a previous approval doesn't guarantee approval on future purchases.
